helpful staff close location hotel noise absent view
The location was great. It was close to shops. the staff was very friendly. They were helpful.
There was noise from nearby hotels. It was uncomfortable till midnight. i booked a room with a pool view. I ended up in a room with no view at all.

Decent Stay with Disappointing Aspects
broken shower unhelpful staff
I noticed some issues . The shower was broken, and the bathroom cleanliness was lacking. I also found the reception staff to be unhelpful, it was not what I expected from my stay, though the rest of the hotel was fine.

constant noise unhelpful staff
I faced a couple of disappointments . It made relaxing on the balcony nearly impossible. the staff at reception seemed somewhat unhelpful, especially when I asked for recommendations.
